Benjamin Salzberg

Benjamin Salzberg is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20+ years of experience in business transformation, corporate training, project management, safety, quality management, sales, operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. He has successfully contributed to savings of over $50 million in his career by driving various Lean Six Sigma projects. Benjamin holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Illinois, an MBA, specialized in Quality from Stuart School of Business (IIT) and an MAT in teaching from National Louis University.

Benjamin is deft in long term strategy planning, providing executive leadership and managing P & L responsibility. He has worked in multiple roles during his career and has delivered successful results consistently. Ben’s core competencies include inculcating quality cultures, improving service quality, BPM, change management, automation and designing quality metrics.

He has trained over 1000 staff on business transformation principles.  He is well versed with the latest standards, trends and techniques and a wide range of skills in optimization initiatives, technology, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution.  He has successfully managed multiple responsibilities for improving efficiency by implementing robust processes, entailing continual improvement, service transition, design & strategy.  Ben’s strengths include long term strategic planning and coaching of senior and upper management to achieve objectives with a proven track record of success in diverse business settings.
